Detail
You will not find this level of detail on any other print. If its on the loco I endeavour to put it on the illustration!
Where else will you find this level of technical detail!
- Nuts, rivets and screws are shown correctly not just blobs for everything!
- Livery and totems are scaled correctly.
- All nameplates are perfectly portrayed including correct typeface and fixing bolts/screws.
- Manufacturers plates show manufacturer, date and works numbers etc. where applicable.
- Springs have the correct amount of plates
- Split pins are shown
- All the detail between the frames is shown
- Cab fittings seen through the window
- And anything else you can think of!
Each subject is meticulously researched and is based on the original engineering drawings, but as these are not always correct, are thoroughly checked against photographs, published facts and, if one of the class exists, visiting it to take measurements and photographs.
Every illustration is produced to a scale of 8mm/ft. They are printed this large to ensure you can see and appreciate all that lovely detail! (The B17/4 'Footballers' are produced to 6mm/ft scale to enable printing them in smaller numbers).
Who else shows their illustrations 4 times larger than the printed size!
Reproduction
All the prints are printed properly - they are not inkjet run-outs!
Price
You can find prints a lot cheaper than these, but you won't find this level of detail on them! Don't take my word for it compare these illustrations with any other print you can buy!
The price of each print includes postage & packing in the UK and Europe ( £1.50 extra for the rest of the World).
I hope that people will come to appreciate my attention to detail and the work involved in achieving this.
