No.96 Normandy has arrived back after appearing at the Eastleigh 100 Centenary Open Weekend – pictures of the event below.

Eastleigh 100 Centenary Weekend May 23rd – 25th 2009

No.96 Normandy (built: Nine Elms, 1893) on display in the yard outside the workshops. The other steam locomotives are No. 850 Lord Nelson (built: Eastleigh, 1926; modified by Bulleid 1939 & 1942), Bulleid pacifics; No. 35028 Clan Line (built: Eastleigh, 1948: rebuilt: Eastleigh, 1959), No. 34070 Manston (built: Brighton, 1947), No. 34028 Eddystone (built: Brighton, 1946; rebuilt: Eastleigh, 1958), and No. 35005 Canadian Pacific (built: Eastleigh, 1942; rebuilt: Eastleigh, 1959) plus Ivatt Class 2MT No. 41312 (built: Crewe, 1952).
